Your Virtual Russian PA does all the things a PA should do, just in two languages and two cultures. We are here to keep things simple, removing the day-to-day complications of doing business across borders, and letting our clients concentrate on their business.

Sometimes the simplest things can be complicated by language.  Quick solutions, such as online translation programs, leave you scratching your head, and translation agencies don't have time for the small stuff.

Virtual Russian PA is on hand to help with anything from a two-line email to the Powerpoint presentation that sells your services (and hopefully also the invoice that follows).  And if the quickest way of getting the message across is by telephone, we can help with that too.

If you need a longer document translated we will either do it ourselves or, if it is a specialist or technical document, help find someone to do it for you and proof-read their work for consistency and quality.

Communication / translation

Anyone travelling to Russia needs a visa.  It is a straight-forward enough process these days, but it takes time, and the goal-posts have been known to move at the last moment.  We will sort it out.

Travel

We will also recommend the best hotels for your trip, get the best available rates, book your taxis or a car and driver with a reliable and cost-effective company, and tell you the best way to get around town if you're up for using the metro.

And if you find yourself lost, confused or just struggling with an Aeroflot official, we will be on the end of the telephone.

Have you got a list of people you need to see?  Let us arrange your diary.  We can organise your schedule so you have time to get from A to B, and we will be on the end of the line to sort out last-minute hiccups.

Diary

We can also give the people you are meeting our Moscow phone number if they need to rearrange, sending you a discreet text or email so you don't have to take a phone call during a meeting.

You have been invited to meet a company, but you have no idea who they are and their website is all in Russian.  Maybe Virtual Russian PA can help- we'll get you to square one by giving you basic research information so you can decide whether to accept the invitation.

Research and relationship

Wouldn't it be nice to send your new client a bottle of single malt for his birthday? Little touches like that can make a big difference, but are you really going to get your regular PA struggling through the language barrier to arrange it?

After your meetings

Russia is rich in culture, and in particular, Moscow is a city that doesn't sleep. There are many places you will find on your own during your visit, and undoubtedly your hotel will recommend restaurants and book you concert tickets. But could there be more to see and do? Whether you are looking for Rachmaninov, a Russian bath or just a smokey bar, let us direct you.

Vacation planning

Not everyone wants an Intourist-style holiday.  If you want to go it alone and need some guidance or even a full-blown itinerary complete with knowledgeable guide, let us help.

Making the move

We have the contacts and experience to know who to recommend when you decide to make your move into Russia permanent, whether it be a small reliable company to help you through Russia's bureaucracy, someone who actually understands how to get goods through Russian customs, or someone to help you and your family find accommodation in one of the more peaceful parts of Moscow.
