Virtual Russian PA is a business venture created by Evgeniya Wiseman-Clarke.  We aim to share with business people working with Russia today, the specialist skills and contacts derived from several years supporting senior western executives doing business in and with Russia.  The service aims to supplement the work of companies' permanent support staff.

Evgeniya Wiseman-Clarke (née Kuznetsova) is a Russian national who has been living in London since 2008 and holds a spouse's residence permit, entitling her to work freely in the UK.

Evgeniya has been PA to two heads of department in multinational real estate organizations, initially in Moscow and latterly in London. In Moscow, she was also a team leader responsible for 5 department assistants.

Evgeniya can also claim experience of the lighter side of professional life: as a student, she guided and entertained musicians touring in Moscow.

I go to Russia 3-4 times a year for client meetings, and in between times my staff communicate regularly with our Russian clients. VRPA provides essential communication support and arranges all the unfamiliar aspects of business in Russia that would otherwise take my staff hours; VRPA is a great security blanket!

Evgeniya worked for a number of years as my PA at Cushman & Wakefield and was pro-active in extending that role to effectively be the Administrative Manager of the Advisory department which numbered around 40 people at that time. Evgeniya is extremely well organised, dependable and trustworthy. She organised all of my work life extremely efficiently and supported me in everything that I did at work. I cannot overstate how much help Evgeniya was in her time at Cushman & Wakefield whilst doing it in a calm and friendly manner. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone requiring unfussy, efficient and pro-active administrative support.

We hired Evgeniya to help with research and copywriting services for a real estate business we are developing in Russia. She added a lot of value to the project through her in-depth knowledge of the country, the real estate market and the consumers. She was also very pro-active in the project, asking the right questions to develop the brief and deliver accurate results. In addition she was very pleasant and easy to deal with on the project. Thanks a lot for your work, Evgeniya.
